You can import loan program template fee data from a comma delimited (.csv) or tab delimited (.txt) text file.
Here are instructions:
- Open Excel or similar program
- Add the following 22 column headers to the first row of the first 22 columns (required)
- TemplateName
- LoanProgramName
- FHALoan (possible values: TRUE, FALSE)
- UpfrontMIPFactor
- JumboLoan (possible values: TRUE, FALSE)
- PercentDown
- InterestRate
- RateType (possible values: (Fixed, 1/1 ARM, 3/1ARM, 5/1ARM, 5/5ARM, 7/1ARM, 10/1ARM)
- InterestOnly (possible values: TRUE, FALSE)
- InterestOnlyMonths
- Term
- Index
- Margin
- InitialCap
- PeriodicCap
- LifetimeCap
- AnnualMIFactor
- SubordinateLoanProgramName
- SubordinateInterestRate
- SubordinateRateType (Heloc, Fixed, 1/1 ARM, 3/1ARM, 5/1ARM, 5/5ARM, 7/1ARM, 10/1ARM)
- SubordinateInterestOnly (possible values: TRUE, FALSE)
- SubordinateTerm
- Enter your loan program data in the rows of the excel spreadsheet. Note: If data not applicable for a specific column leave blank.

Once you've entered all your loan program template data:
- Goto File > Save As
- Enter a Filename that's easy for you to remember
- In the 'Save as type' dropdown choose 'CSV comma delimited'
- Click the 'Save' button (remember where on your computer you saved the file)
Now that you saved your loan program template data you can import your loan programs and create loan program templates:
- Goto Templates > Loan Program Templates
- Click the 'Import Loan Program Templates' link in the sidebar on the right
- Browse for the .CSV data file you saved
- Click the 'Load Data for Preview' button
- Review your loan program template data in the grid that is displayed
- Click the 'Import Loan Program(s)' button
