If you are trying to watch a help video and it will not play, the most likely reason is that your company is blocking videos from being played when you are connected to the internet via your banks network.
You have two options:
- Watch the video when you are not connected to the banks network or VPN
- you can also watch all our help videos from any web enabled device (iPhone, iPad, smartphone, etc...)
- provide your IT Department the information below for them to review

Some of our knowledge base articles include a short video to help a user. Most of our videos are 2 to 3 minutes long with our longest help video being 8 minutes.
The videos themselves live on vimeo.com in a Vimeo Pro account we have for video hosting.
If one of our knowledge base articles includes a video we pull it into the knowledge base article using an iframe that points to the video.
